SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All domestic orders within Turkey are shipped free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo. Orders will be delivered to your registered shipping address within 3-5 working days. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Delivery times may vary depending on the details provided in the product description and your delivery address.

CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Please open and check packages that appear damaged during shipment in the presence of the courier representative. If there is any visible damage, do not accept the delivery and request a damage report from the courier. Once delivery is accepted, you agree that the shipping company has fulfilled its responsibility. Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.

Products that have been altered, tailored, or customized in any way cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchanges are not accepted without the original issued invoice.

Return Right Within 14 Days

Please note: All items marked as sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you would like to return the product you purchased, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date by first completing the Return Request Form and sending it via email to customercare@realmofbe.com.

Return Conditions: 

All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items must be free from stains, scents, and any signs of wear.

Please note:

• Sale items are eligible for exchange only.

• Items purchased during seasonal discounts are not eligible for return, refund.
• Returns and exchanges must be shipped from the same country the order was originally delivered to.

• Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will be sent back to the customer.
• A deduction may apply if the item shows handling beyond what is necessary.

In order to return the products, they must comply with the return conditions stated above. Returns of the products whose original packaging is damaged, used and cannot be purchased by another customer will not be accepted. Products sent without first creating a return request via email will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, you can send your package free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo using the codes provided below. If you choose to send the package via another courier, all shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale. Returns of used, damaged, or incomplete products will not be accepted.

Exchanging:

Exchanges are offered based on availability. Please email customercare@realmofbe.com to confirm stock and reserve an item. 

Size exchanges are possible within 14 days as of delivery date of the product. If you want to change the size of the product you purchased from Realmofbe.com, you can contact us at customercare@realmofbe.com and submit your new size request. To create an exchange request, please send an email to customercare@realmofbe.com stating your reason for the exchange. Please include your full name and order code in the subject line.

Products sent without first creating an exchange request via email will not be exchanged.

Once approved, you can send the product using Yurtiçi Kargo return code provided by the team. If the returned items comply with the exchange conditions, your new product will be shipped free of charge. Our staff will inspect any returned items. If they suspect the item has been worn or washed, they may reject the exchange at their discretion. Products that do not meet the conditions will be returned to you with payment on delivery.

Please send the product to us via YURTICI Cargo after we confirm your size exchange. Size exchanges can be made online, however style exchanges are not available at the moment.

Refunds:


Returned products that meet the return conditions will be refunded to your credit card within 7 working days from the date of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email containing your refund reference code once the refund is processed. The reflection of the refunded amount on your bank statement may vary depending on your bank’s policies. Refunds of installment payments are made in installments as per bank processes. You can follow the refund process by contacting your bank.

Order Cancellations:

To check if a cancellation is possible, please email customercare@realmofbe.com with your order number and request. Realm of Be reserves the right to cancel orders that violate our Online Membership Agreement or appear fraudulent.
